1. Quality Guarantee – Leads
SwissLead.info guarantees the delivery of qualified leads, generated exclusively via online forms with explicit consent (opt-in). Data is subject to automatic checks (anti-duplicate, email/phone validation) to ensure its validity.
2. Exchange and Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once leads have been delivered, except in the following cases:
- No delivery of leads within 10 working days of ordering.
- Data clearly incorrect (invalid email, wrong number) and not replaced despite documented request.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the leads to: support@SwissLead.info.
3. Conditions of Use of the Computer Program
Access to the SwissLead software program is reserved for customers who have purchased a license under our Gold or Platinum plans, or through a separate purchase. This license is nominative, personal, and non-transferable.
3.1 Duration of validity of the license
The license is active for up to 7 days after receipt of the last lead provided in the ordered package. After this period, access is suspended unless renewed or additional orders are placed.
3.2 Rules of Use
Each license is strictly assigned to a single user. It is strictly prohibited to:
- Share your access credentials with a third party
- Generate comparisons on behalf of other brokers or entities
- Resell or distribute the comparisons generated by the program
3.3 Sanctions for abuse
Any serious breach of these rules will result in immediate suspension of access, with no possibility of refund. SwissLead.info reserves the right to take legal action. A penalty clause of a fixed amount of CHF 100,000 may be applied in the event of a proven violation of our contractual conditions or misuse of the computer program.
4. Confidentiality and Security
SwissLead.info securely hosts all data in Switzerland. User and prospect personal information is neither shared nor resold and is protected in accordance with the GDPR and Swiss data protection legislation.
5. Technical support
Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., by email.
Tutorials (PDF/video) and, for Platinum plans, dedicated training are offered to support the use of the computer program.
